Gentle Pilates (1-2) This will focus on a series of exercises that utilize traditional principles of Pilates but with a safer method of application. Utilizing the breath, you will learn how to stabilize your core, improve posture, coordination and balance.

How to Meditate  Learn this timeless practice to connect with your spiritual
nature, reduce stress, and lower blood pressure.

Intro to Yoga (1-2) Are you new to yoga or would like  to review the basics? This class begins the first Wednesday of each month and meets for 3 weeks. You will learn the basic  foundations of yoga including breathing and yoga postures. All Levels

Prenatal (1-2) This class provides Mom-to-be with the physical and mental tools needed to assist in the work of labor by providing a safe and well-rounded combination of strengthening, endurance, and flexibility exercises.

Restorative Yoga (1-2) A restorative class is a deeply relaxing and nurturing approach to yoga. By taking regular poses and adding props for comfort, the body learns to let go of chronic tensions in a whole new way. It's not about stretching, it's about releasing- muscles, thought patterns and ways of moving through the world that no longer serve.

Self Care & 50+ Yoga (1-2) Designed to build strength & balance while keeping you young at heart. We will be using yoga therapy balls for massaging tense muscles for greater mobility.

Spinal Release Yoga (1-2) Designed to release deep tensions in the muscles
along the spine.  Uses props, specific alignments and adjustments to ensure 
the student receives safe and deep changes in the body and mind.  Increases flexibility, mobility, strength, more energy, improved circulation, and overall better health. Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga Basics (YB) (1-2) For our beginning to continuing student. This class
focuses on the fundamental  yoga poses with emphasis on alignment and the breath. Moderate pace.

Yoga Clinic (1-2) Each week we will focus on a specific area ranging from
abdominals, hips, hamstring & low back.  All levels.
